SeaStar Megapixel Visualization
In a security and surveillance operation, there are many stakeholders who require access to video beyond the command center operator. Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras are single operator devices - controls may be shared in some cases, but only one person at a time can operate the camera. With SeaStar, each operator and stakeholder subscribes to a compilation of wide-area surveillance, megapixel video and is provided with individual virtual pan and zoom controls.
These cutouts or "regions-of-interest" are virtual portals to view the security space. Areas- of-Interest range in resolution from HD quality to low resolution 240 X 160 pixel video streams depending on the network availability and platform such as a command center display (HD or VGA) and cell phone client (240 X 160).
Each stakeholder controls what they want or need to see in the video system, not what someone else is showing them. Each stakeholder may have different requirements to view video: the station or site chief, the command center operators, a responding guard; and management. With SeaStar, each subscriber to the video compilation maneuvers through the video independently.
Mamigo's SeaStar creates a panorama of high resolution video which is shared to multiple users simultaneously, each with their own controls. Free yourself from the control room operator - see your infrastructure the way you want to see it.
