GameView for Sports and Entertainment
GameView is the first live event production system that takes high-end features of a major broadcast production and reduces it down to a compact, feature rich, laptop application. The combination of functionality, lightweight installs, friendly controls and scalable pricing means that every event can now be enhanced and compete with higher-priced alternatives. The Mamigo GameView product, built on patent-pending SeaStar technology, immerses the field with very high-resolution megapixel video which can then pipe HDTV quality video to field displays, concourse kiosks and displays, customer suites, and stream to the Internet and broadcasters -- controlled by one operator, without cameramen nor expensive video cueing and matrix equipment.
It's All About the Fan Experience. GameView captures shots from multiple perspectives not available to a fan in the stands. Live action and replays on the field display add value even to a low-cost ticket holder. GameView has integrated with field displays from multiple vendors serving small venues to even the second-largest field display in sports at Washington's Nationals Park.
Internet Streaming. It also gives customers beyond the stadium, reached by Internet portals or local broadcasters, with a high quality viewing experience complete with replays, high resolution video up to HDTV 720p and audio from the game caller. Making this leap from ticket sales inside the stadium to providing content to subscribers beyond the stadium increases the revenue potential.
High Impact Replays.GameView records all of the action all of the time from its camera arrays. During the event, high quality replays can be created simply by the operator. After the game, video highlights and scouting video, even focused on individual players, can be easily produced and released in an Internet ready format.
Operators Interact with GameView Video. Given an expansive view of the field, they drill into where the action is occurring with ultrafast controls to select an area-of-interest and pan and zoom into the detail. Robotic cameras take time to orient on play action often lagging behind the event. GameView can instantly orient on the action with the click of a mouse. Mamigo's SeaStar technology combines video in real-time from off-the-shelf megapixel cameras to generate an ultrahigh resolution compilation of blended video. This video compilation is typically equal to 48 legacy TV cameras.
High Resolution Video. Resolutions achieved by SeaStar technology can only be obtained from extremely expensive camera systems such as the Red One running in 4K mode and even then live broadcast is not supported. The SeaStar video compilation is a shareable resource meaning multiple users can subscribe to the video, each with their own unique controls, to interact and create live and recorded video productions.
